Daeg Faerch (born September 27, 1995 ) is an American film actor . Daeg was best known for Rob Zombie's film Halloween .

Life

Daeg Faerch grew up in California. His mother Mickey Faerch is from Denmark and is also an actress. At the age of four he began to become an actor. He has appeared in short films and independent productions. When he was eight years old, he wrote his first script for the short film Duel, where he himself was the leading actor and director. Daeg speaks fluent French as well as English. He plays drums and guitar. He also skates and wears piercings.

Acting career

Daeg Faerch was best known as the murderous young Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's remake Halloween in 2007 . In Hancock he had a cameo as a French punk alongside Will Smith . Faerch had two small appearances in the series Pushing Daisies as the German student Ingmar Todd. Because of its rapid growth, he could no longer participate in Halloween II . Rob Zombie therefore cast Chase Wright Vanek in the role . In the thriller Sebastian Faerch played a mysterious stranger who miraculously heals a woman suffering from cancer, and in the short film Mental, a homosexual who is undergoing therapy.
