Dagmar Kaiser (2013)

Dagmar Kaiser (* 1962 ) is a German law scholar and university professor. Since 2001, she has a chair for civil law, labor law and commercial law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz held after habilitation 2000 on the rescission for failure and bad performance at mutual agreements. She is married to the Munich university professor and managing director of the Center for Industrial Relations and Labor Law Volker Rieble .
