Daiki Wakamatsu ( Japanese 若 松 大樹 Wakamatsu Daiki ; born August 2, 1976 in Aichi Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Wakamatsu learned to play soccer on the school team at Yokkaichi Chuo Technical High School . He signed his first contract with Cosmo Oil Yokkaichi FC in 1995 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . For the club he completed 40 games. In 1997 he moved to league rivals Montedio Yamagata . For the club he completed 59 games. In 1998 he was loaned to the first division club Shimizu S-Pulse . In 1999 he moved to the second division club Ōita Trinita . In 2002 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . For the club he completed 111 games. In 2004 he moved to the second division Omiya Ardija . For the club he completed 27 games. At the end of 2004 he ended his career as a soccer player.
