The Daimler L14 was a two-seater monoplane produced by Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft that flew for the first time in 1919. It was built as a two-seater, aerodynamically refined version of the Daimler L11 . The drive consisted of a water-cooled Daimler D IIIb . Since it was planned to be used as a fighter aircraft, the L14 received two 7.92 mm machine guns as armament; one facing forward and one facing backwards. The fuselage structure was executed in wood half-shell construction. Only a prototype was built, which was offered for sale to the Chilean government together with the Daimler L8 . The L14V variant was intended to serve as a mail plane . However, there was no further production.
