Daiva Petrylaitė

Daiva Petrylaitė (born August 23, 1977 in Raseiniai ) is a Lithuanian labor lawyer and constitutional judge .

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Daiva Petrylaitė graduated from Vilniaus universitetas in Vilnius with a degree in law and became a qualified lawyer . In 2005 she did her doctorate in labor law . Then she worked as an assistant and lecturer at the chair of labor law.

From 1999 to 2001 she was senior specialist at the Lithuanian Ministry of Social Affairs and from 2001 to 2005 senior advisor at the Seimas office and from 2005 to 2006 head of the legal subdivision at the Lithuanian Interior Ministry .

From 2000 she taught as a professor at the Vilniaus universitetas . From 2005 she was an associate professor at the International Business School ( International Business Machines Corporation ). She has been a judge at Konstitucinis Teismas since 2017 .

Her father is Vydmantas Petryla and her mother Regina Petrylienė.

Petrylaitė is single.
