Dal Bhat

Dal Bhat ( Hindi / Nepali : दालभात ; dālbhāt ) is a simple, inexpensive everyday dish in South Asian cuisine. It consists mainly of lentil soup ( dal ), rice (bhat) and seasonal vegetables. Dal Bhat is common in all countries of South Asia and especially in Nepal .
