Damir Mehmedovic (born December 11, 1997 ) is an Austrian football player .
Career
Mehmedovic started his career at AKA Linz . In May 2015 he played a game as a cooperation player for SPG FC Pasching / LASK Juniors in the regional league .
In July 2015 he moved to the regional league club FC Blau-Weiß Linz , with whom he received a two-year contract. With the Linzers he was able to become champion of the Regionalliga Mitte in the 2015/16 season and thus advance to professional football. He made his debut in the First League on the third match day of the 2016/17 season against SC Wiener Neustadt , when he came on for Felix Huspek in the 70th minute .
For the 2017/18 season, Mehmedovic moved to Bundesliga club SKN St. Pölten , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2019. In January 2019 he moved to the second division club SV Lafnitz . After the 2018/19 season, he left Lafnitz and moved to the regional division SC Wiener Neustadt . In January 2020 he left Wiener Neustadt after 15 regional league appearances and moved to Slovenia to the first division club NK Tabor Sežana . After two appearances in the 1st SNL , he left Tabor Sežana early in June 2020. He then moved to Germany in July 2020 to the fourth class 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig .
