Haus Damm 3 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the street dam and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. To the north, the also listed building borders Damm 2 .
Architecture and history
The three-storey half - timbered house was probably built in 1721. It was built together with the neighboring house on Damm 2 as a semi-detached house . The beam heads of the simply designed building are rounded. There are also profiled fillers . On the south-facing gable there are overlapping cross braces. Foot and corner struts were used on the ground floor .
