Dammfeldstraße 24 is the address of an old farm in the former clustered village of Aligse north of Lehrte . Among the two listed buildings on Dammfeldstrasse , the two-column half-timbered hall stands out as one of the few remaining hall houses from the 17th century in the entire Hanover region .

History and description

A building inscription on the two- frame hall house framed by a pearl band dates the main building at Dammfeldstrasse 24 to the year "1689". Furthermore, the construction of a gable projection rises above a stitch bar , together with a wide zone of the timber with compartments gable drempels characterizes the residential building industry. The row of head angle woods under the half- hipped also represent a regional specialty.

The yard also includes a longitudinal barn from the 18th century, which was massively renewed, but was described as "badly affected" at the beginning of the 21st century.
