Dan Ziskie
Dan Ziskie is an American actor and photographer .
He gained fame as Frank Niggar on a sketch comedy show Chappelle's Show . He also played the Vice President of the United States in the first season of the television series House of Cards . In the season finale of the fifth season of 24 , he played the United States Attorney General .
In October 2017, Ziskie published a photo collection of images from New York City in his first book, which is called Cloud Chamber .
