Daniel Dean

Daniel Dean ( Daniel Ely "Dan" Dean; born January 3, 1909 , † September 13, 2004 in Naples , Florida ) was an American long-distance runner .

Third in the US championships over 5000 m , he qualified for the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, where he finished eighth with his personal best of 15: 08.5 min.
