Daniel Eggert (born July 29, 1989 in Sønderborg ) is a Danish handball player . The 1.99 m tall and 92 kg heavy Daniel Eggert can play as a right winger and a right backcourt player .

Career

Daniel Eggert started playing handball in Ulkebøl . Via HF Sønderborg and Team Tvis Holstebro , he joined the Danish second division side Sønderjysk Elitesport in 2009 , with whom he was promoted to the Håndboldligaen in 2011 . For the 2014/15 season he signed with the German second division promoted SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . In the 2016/17 season he played for ASV Hamm-Westfalen . He has been under contract with TSV Bayer Dormagen since summer 2017 . From the 2019/20 season he will play for the Dutch club Herpertz Bevo HC.
