Daniel Gritz

Daniel Gritz (born November 19, 1969 in Hamburg ) is a German journalist and politician ( SPD ). From 2011 to 2015 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life and work

Gritz is a journalist by profession. He initially worked as a television reporter and later in the print sector. In February 2018 he was appointed press spokesman in the Hamburg-Nord district office run by the SPD, after previously having worked in the same position in Lüneburg . The FDP criticized this personality as "red felt".

politics

Gritz has been a member of the SPD since 1990 and is a member of the Hamburg-Eppendorf district board. He was a member of the Hamburg North District Assembly in 1996/97 and from 2008 to 2011 . In the state election in Hamburg in 2011 he was elected for a legislative period in the constituency of Eppendorf-Winterhude . In the 2015 mayor election , he ran again in the same constituency, but received no mandate.
