Daniel Young is an American documentary filmmaker , who at the Academy Awards in 2012 for his work on Saving Face with Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy- with the Oscar in the category Best Short Documentary Award. That film also earned him four Emmy nominations at the News & Documentary Emmy Awards in 2013 , of which he won one. In 2010, Junge shared another Emmy nomination for They Killed Sister Dorothy with Henry Ansbacher , Nigel Noble and Marcela Bourseau . In the same year Junge and Ansbacher were nominated for another Oscar with The Last Campaign of Governor Booth Gardner .
