Daniel Kablan Duncan (born June 30, 1943 ) is an Ivorian politician . He was Prime Minister of his country from December 11, 1993 to December 24, 1999 and from November 21, 2012 to January 10, 2017.

Duncan is a member of the Parti Démocratique de Côte d'Ivoire (PDCI). He became Prime Minister after the death of President Félix Houphouët-Boigny and the resignation of Prime Minister Alassane Ouattara . He was previously finance minister under Ouattara, but he remained responsible for this department.

After a military coup against President Henri Konan Bédié , Seydou Diarra became the new Prime Minister under the interim president General Robert Guéï . Duncan went into exile in Togo and Paris .

On June 1, 2011, Duncan became Foreign Minister under Prime Minister Guillaume Soro and retained the post in the Ahoussou-Kouadio government .

On November 21, 2012, Duncan became Prime Minister again. On January 6, 2017, President Alassane Ouattara announced Duncan's resignation.
