Pascal Affi N'Guessan (* 1953 ) was Prime Minister of the Ivory Coast from October 27, 2000 to February 10, 2003. He is currently (March 2011) party leader of the Front Populaire Ivorien (FPI).

He was appointed by Laurent Gbagbo , the President . Before that he was Minister for Industry and Tourism.

N'Guessan, along with Gbagbo, his wife Simone and his confidants Désiré Asségnini Tagro and Alcide Djédjé , were affected by sanctions adopted by the United States on January 6, 2011 . All of his possessions were frozen and companies were not allowed to do business with him.
