Daniel Schoch

Daniel Schoch (born January 14, 1963 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German philosopher and economist. He is Assistant Professor of Economics , especially Financial Mathematics , at the University of Nottingham in Kuala Lumpur ( Malaysia ).

Life

Schoch 2007 received the following the Swiss philosopher Henri Lauener named Newcomer Award of Lauener Foundation and 1997 by the German philosopher Wolfgang Stegmüller designated price of the Society for Analytical Philosophy .

The focus of his work is the theory of science , belief revision theory , epistemology , decision theory , as well as financial mathematics and social choice theory .
