Daniel "XlorD" Spenst (born September 27, 1991 in Idar-Oberstein ) is a German e-athlete . He became internationally known through the computer game Warcraft III . From 2011 to summer 2013 he played Starcraft II .

Career

At the age of thirteen Spenst began his e-sports -Career. In 2005 his talent was discovered and promoted by Dennis "TaKe" Gehlen . After moving to the SK Gaming team in 2006, he was able to show his first successes. One of his greatest team successes was winning the Asus European Nations War 2008. In addition, he dominated the German Warcraft III scene when he managed to win the ESL Pro Series three times in a row . In September 2010 Spenst ended his Warcraft III career in order to dedicate himself to the game Starcraft II. After graduating from high school, he started playing Starcraft II full-time in June 2012. On June 20, 2013, he announced that he would end his career in esports for the time being in order to concentrate more on his education.

Daniel Spenst now works at PricewaterhouseCoopers in auditing in the Industrial Services division.
