Daniela Pfeiffer (born August 22, 1957 in Reutlingen ) is a German politician , first in the CDU , since 2011 in the FDP . She is married and has two kids.

education and profession

After graduating from high school in Bonn , she studied law in Tübingen and Hamburg . She is currently working as a mediator in Oldenburg .

politics

She joined the Junge Union in 1974 and the CDU in 1999.

She was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from 2003 to 2008, where she was on the culture committee and the committee for science and culture as well as the committee for ports and shipping. She was also on the “Demographic Change” commission of inquiry. In 2011 she switched to the FDP. In the local elections in the same year, Daniela Pfeiffer was unable to keep her mandate in the Oldenburg city council due to the poor performance of the FDP, which only received one mandate.
