Danilo Cócaro , full name Erardo Danilo Cócaro Díaz , (born August 22, 1991 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.79-meter-tall offensive player Cócaro belonged to Club Atlético Progreso at the beginning of his career since the Apertura 2008 . In June 2010, other sources already cite Apertura 2009 as the time when he switched to Racing within Montevideo . There he played five and 20 first division games in the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons and scored twice in the opposing goal in the last season mentioned. In August 2011 he first joined the first division club Atlético Rentistas . In the 2011/12 season he ran in 19 games in the Primera División and scored four goals. However, his club rose at the end of the season in the Segunda División . In June 2012, Cócaro's career path took him abroad for the first time. Until August 2013 he was under contract with the Belarusian club Dinamo Minsk and played 21 league games (two goals) and three cup games (no goal) for the capital club during this period. At the end of August 2013 he returned to Uruguay and started working for Rentistas for the second time. In 2013/14 he made 24 premier league appearances (one goal). In the 2014/15 season he was used 18 times (one goal) in the top Uruguayan league and once (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2014 . For the 2015/16 season, he has made 19 premier league appearances (two goals). He then moved to Fuerza Amarilla Sporting Club in Ecuador in July 2016 and only a year later to his home club Club Atlético Progreso in the Uruguayan second division.
