Dante Majorana

Dante Majorana (born March 20, 1947 in Catania ) is an Italian documentary filmmaker and film director .

Majorana has a degree in political science and has worked as an ethnology photographer in the UK and the United States. In 1975 he began working for television and in 1985 presented the experimental film Nell'Acqua at the Venice Film Festival . Majorana has been working with digital media since 1986; In 1989 he made his feature film Orlando sei , which was only shown to a limited extent in cinemas. After numerous documentaries , he returned to cinema with Madame Mosaic in 2011 .
