Danuta Róża Pietraszewska (born May 8, 1947 in Ruda Śląska ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

She studied at the Silesian University and graduated with a master's degree in Polish philology . After graduating, she worked as a teacher. In 2002 Danuta Pietraszewska was elected to the Ruda Śląska City Council and was Deputy Mayor. In the 2005 parliamentary elections , she was able to win a seat for the Sejm for the first time . In the early election of 2007 she was able to defend her seat.
