The Roman Catholic Diocese of Dunedin ( lat. : Dioecesis Dunedinensis ) is in New Zealand location diocese of the Roman Catholic Church based in Dunedin .

The Diocese of Dunedin in New Zealand was established on November 26, 1869 out of the Archdiocese of Wellington . The diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Wellington.
