Darijus Beinoravičius

Darijus Beinoravičius (born November 7, 1974 in Pakruojis , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , legal philosopher , professor of the Mykolas Romer University , head of the chair for legal philosophy and legal history .

Life

After high school in 1993 (completion with the silver medal) completed Darijus Beinoravičius 1999, the study of law at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University and the doctoral program from 1999 to 2003 at the Law University of Lithuania . On April 3, 2003 , he received his doctorate on the relationship of law to law ("Teisės ir įstatymo santykis") and was awarded a doctorate in social sciences.

From 1997 to 1999, Beinoravičius worked as a specialist in the criminology department of the Research Institute of Law ( Teisės institutas ), from 1999 to 2000 as assistant to the Lithuanian ombudsman Seimas, and from 2003 to 2004 as legal advisor to the President of Lithuania. From 1999 to 2005 he was a lecturer at the Law University of Lithuania, from 2005 to 2010 a lecturer. He was head of the chair for legal philosophy and legal history . In 2017 he took part in a tender as a candidate for the head of the data protection institution.

Beinoravičius speaks Russian , French and English .
