Dariusz Kaczanowski

Dariusz Kaczanowski (born March 10, 1971 in Żyrardów ) is a Polish politician and since 2007 a member of the Sejm in the VI . Electoral term.

In 1995 he finished his studies in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and received his doctorate in this discipline. He also completed the postgraduate Master of Business Administration at the “Leon Koźmiński” Academy in Warsaw .

For 9 years he worked as a lecturer at the Business School and after 2004 at the School of Local Development in Żyrardów.

In the mid-1990s he was chairman of Jan Olszewski's Żyrardower Circle of Ruch Odbudowy Polski (Movement for the Reconstruction of Poland - ROP) , and since 2003 he has been a member of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice - PiS).

From 1998 to 1999 he was advisor and assistant to Minister Jerzy Kropiwnicki in the Government Center for Strategic Studies. From December 2006 to October 2007 was the representative of the mayor of Żyrardów.

In the parliamentary elections in 2007 , he won a mandate for the constituency of Płock with 6,205 votes on the PiS list . He is a member of the Sejm Commission for Public Finance.
