Darko Damjanović (born November 5, 1977 ) is a former Serbian-Swiss football goalkeeper.

Career

After a season at FC Kreuzlingen, Damjanović moved to FC Wil, who was still playing in the NLB at the time. With the team he eventually rose to the highest league, in which he also played sporadically. His NLA debut was the home game against FC St. Gallen in 2002 , the highest-scoring game in the top Swiss league. In 2003 he finally moved to FC Herisau, where he became a regular goalkeeper. After two seasons at Herisau, Damjanović moved to FC Gossau, where he was in turn a regular goalkeeper. The betting scandal in the Challenge League also fell during this period . Games were allegedly manipulated at FC Gossau. Damjanović was eventually acquitted of charges of fraud. From Gossau he moved to FC Linth 04, for which he never played in a competitive game and later he played a few months for the Serbian club FK Mačva Šabac.
