The Dual System ( DDS ) is a German hip-hop band from Cologne , consisting of the producer team DJ MC-CD-LP and iGadget , as well as various changing vocal artists. The permanent repertoire includes Tatwaffe and Def Benski Obiwahn (today Die Firma ) as well as the Pütz .

The first 7-inch single already contained the title Bonuss Wöhrschen , which performed as a guest Chicken George by the Rude Poets . The Patois - Kölsch number is an anecdote one day in Cologne. The single itself contains four pieces, u. a. the Bonuss-Wöhrschen original "Pump mich op", and brings it to a total running time of 22 minutes at 45 rpm .

The first and only album Land In Sicht from 1997 was celebrated by the record critics as the salvation of German hip-hop and "well, from front to back"
