Daumantas Lapinskas (born March 17, 1975 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian manager, former politician, Deputy Minister of Economy of Lithuania .

Life

After graduating from the 56th Vilnius Middle School, he completed a bachelor's degree in finance at Vilniaus universitetas from 1993 to 1997 and a master's degree in economics at Brandeis University (USA) from 1997 to 1999 with an Edmund S. Muskie scholarship. From 1995 to 1997 he worked at "Tauro bankas", 1998 at "Summit Systems, Inc." in New York, from 1999 to 2000 at "CA-IB Investmentbank AG" ( Bank Austria Creditanstaltgruppe ) as a financial analyst, from 2000 to 2006 at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London , from 2007 to 2009 with “Georgian Financial Company, LLC” in Tbilisi , 2009 with UAB “Investicijų ir verslo garantijos”, from 2009 to 2010 Minister Advisor, from September 2010 to 2012 Deputy Minister of Economy of Lithuania , Deputy of Minister Dainius Kreivys in the cabinet of Kubilius II . Since 2013 he has been a board member and Deputy CEO at AB Avia Solutions Group .
