The Avia Solutions Group (ASG) is an amalgamation of Lithuanian companies and state institutions in the aviation sector that offer infrastructure solutions for airlines and travel services. It is the largest group of its kind in the Baltic States and one of the largest in Eastern Europe and the CIS region . ASG was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in March 2011, making it the first Lithuanian company to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the first foreign company in 2011. ASG has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since March 3, 2011.
activities
In 2010 ASG introduced the eBusiness platform “Locatory.com” for trading in aviation inventory. The platform is used to search, buy and sell aircraft spare parts and components, and to provide maintenance services for the aviation industry. The company was officially registered on August 31, 2010. In 2010 the company achieved sales of EUR 88 million ( Litas 304,263 ).
Another, partly internet-based project is “AviationCV.com”, which offers personnel solutions for aviation companies. In 2016, Moscow 's Zhukovsky Airport was expanded .
In 2016 the company plans to achieve a turnover of 350 million euros. Representatives of 40 nationalities work in the corporate group, 1,500 employees in Lithuania alone .
Shareholder
In July 2005 70% of the shares were owned by UAB "Fima", UAB " ŽIA valda " owned 15% and another 15% was owned by UAB "Garantas". In November 2006 the company (later reorganized as Indeco) controlled 30%, ŽIA valda 45% and Sanitex 25% of the shares. The initial public offering was aimed at in 2008, but the onset of the economic crisis made it necessary to postpone the plans until 2011. In the course of the preparations for the listing on the stock exchange, there was a reorganization and "BPC Travel" and "AviaAM Leasing" left the group. With its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in March 2011, ASG became the first Lithuanian company to be listed on a foreign exchange. At the beginning of 2012, group shares will be distributed in the following proportions:

Thanks to the services provided by the subsidiaries, the group is present almost everywhere in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, with representations in Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Russia and Malaysia. These companies have been part of the ASG since August 2011:
