FlyLAL Charters Estonia was an Estonian subsidiary of the Lithuanian charter airline FlyLAL Charters of the same name . It was founded in 2009 and took over its first machine in April of the same year. As part of the realignment of FlyLAL in July 2010, the company was renamed Small Planet Airlines Estonia .

FlyLAL Charters Estonia operated three Boeing 737-300s built in 1990 and 1991 with the registration numbers ES-LSA , ES-LSC and ES-LSD , but never more than one machine at a time. The third machine with the registration number ES-LSD was transferred to the successor company.
