Xfly ( Regional Jet until February 2020 ) is an Estonian airline based in Tallinn and based at Tallinn-Lennart Meri Airport . It is a subsidiary of the Nordic Aviation Group and uses its machines in wet leases for other airlines.
Companies
Regional Jet was founded at the end of 2015 as a subsidiary of Nordic Aviation and received an Air Operator Certificate in February 2016 . In January 2016, she took over her first aircraft, a leased Bombardier CRJ700 .
Regional Jet does not carry out its flight operations under its own brand identity, but has specialized in wet lease orders (ACMI rental). She mainly operates her machines for the virtual sister company Nordica , but also for SAS Scandinavian Airlines and other airlines. Since November 2016 the Polish LOT has had a 49% stake in the company.
At the end of February 2020, the company changed the name to Xfly .
