history

Avies was founded on April 11, 1991. In July 2015, bankruptcy proceedings were opened against Avies. The economic difficulties led to the company's Air Operator Certificate being revoked for six months in April 2016 . The flight routes to Kuressaare and Kärdla were then put out to tender and went to Transaviabaltika .

Destinations

Avies operated mainly domestic flights from Tallinn . Only Stockholm / Arlanda was served internationally . It also offers taxi and charter flights .
