FlyLAL Charters Polska was a Polish subsidiary of the Lithuanian charter airline FlyLAL Charters of the same name . It was founded in November 2009 and took over its first machine in April 2010. As part of the realignment of FlyLAL in July 2010, the company was renamed Small Planet Airlines Poland .

FlyLAL Charters Polska operated a Boeing 737-300 built in 1990 with the registration number SP-HAA , which was previously used by FlyLAL Charters and FlyLAL Charters Estonia . The machine was equipped with 148 seats and was transferred to the successor company.
