Han Yueshuang ( Chinese  韓 月 雙 , Pinyin Hán Yuèshuāng , born November 6, 1982 in Jilin , China ) is a former short tracker from Hong Kong . She took part in two Olympic Games .

In September 2001 Han Yueshuang made her debut in Changchun in the World Cup, reaching the semifinals over 1500 m. Two years later she started in Warsaw for the first time at the World Cup . There she was eliminated in her preliminary stages. Han Yueshuang got further missions in the national team in the 2004/05 season . She started at the two World Cups in Asia and reached the quarter-finals as the best result in a 1000 m race. At the World Championships in Beijing , she was eliminated after the heats. In the following 2005/06 season , Han took part in all four World Cups and was able to reach two quarter-finals over 1500 m. She qualified for the Olympic Games in Turin , where she started over all three distances, but was eliminated in the preliminary stages.

In the 2006/07 season , Han only took part in the two World Cups in Asia, but without reaching the final rounds. In the following two years, Han only started in a few international races, but took part in the 2008 World Championships in Gangneung and 2009 in Vienna , without being able to survive preliminary runs. In the 2009/10 season , Han started again in all four World Cups and reached the quarter-finals as the best result over 1500 m. She initially missed qualifying for the Olympic Games in Vancouver . But since her teammate Wang Xinyue , who had previously qualified, was not allowed to start due to a missing passport, Han Yueshuang took part in the Olympic competitions as a replacement. She started again over all three distances, but was eliminated again in her heats.

Han Yueshuang was the only participant from Hong Kong at both Olympic Games and also carried the flag at the opening ceremony.
