David Ethan Graham (born November 10, 1981 in Maine ) is a sport climber from the USA . He is mainly known for his achievements in bouldering , but also in climbing in the highest levels of difficulty .

Climb

On May 21, 2001 he was able to repeat the legendary Action Directe climbing route , the first route in UIAA level XI (9a), in Franconian Switzerland , as fourth (after Wolfgang Güllich , Alexander Adler and Iker Pou ).

In July 2007 he repeated the Route Realization ( first climbed by Chris Sharma in 2001 ) in the Céüse climbing area in France . It was the world's first route in the French level of difficulty 9a +, which has been confirmed by other climbers.

Dave Graham is the nephew of concept artist Dan Graham .
