David Gutiérrez Gutiérrez (born April 2, 1982 ) is a Spanish cyclist .

Career

David Gutiérrez Gutiérrez won a stage at the Semana Aragonesa in 2004 and was able to win the overall standings. The next year he won a stage at the Volta de Castello, at the Vuelta a Salnes and at the Vuelta a Cantabria. In 2006 he was successful in sections of the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona, the Vuelta Ciclista a León and the Vuelta a Salamanca. At the Vuelta a Salamanca he was also first overall. There he won a stage again in 2007. In 2007 he also won a stage at the Volta de Castello, at the Volta a Galicia and at the Copa Iberica, as well as the overall ranking of the Vuelta a Zamora. In the 2008 season Gutiérrez was successful in daily sections of the Volta a Coruña, the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona and the Semana Aragonesa and in 2009 he won stages at the Volta da Ascension , the Circuito Montañés , the Vuelta a Segovia, the Vuelta a Zamora and the Vuelta a Salamanca. He also won the one-day race Memorial Avelino Camacho. In the 2010 season Gutiérrez started for the Spanish ProTeam Footon-Servetto and finished the Vuelta a España in 113th place.
