David Lai
David Jung-Hsin Lai ( Chinese 賴榮信 主教 ; born March 3, 1948 in Taiwan ) is the Anglican Bishop of Taiwan of the Episcopal Church of the United States of America .
Life
In the Episcopal Diocese of Taiwan , Lai was ordained a deacon in 1975 and a priest in 1976. Lai was ordained bishop in 2000 by Richard Sui On Chang and John Chih-Tsung Chien and David Shoji Tani . After a year as a coadjutor , he was elected Bishop of Taiwan in 2001. David Lai has been married to Lilly since 1974 and has two children.
