David Anthony Lynn (born October 20, 1973 in Billinge , England ) is an English professional golfer on the European Tour and has had full rights to play on the PGA Tour since 2013 .

Life

After winning the Greek Amateur Championships in 1994 (eight strokes ahead of David Howell ) he became a professional golfer the following year .

Lynn played on the Challenge Tour from 1996 and after the second season made it to the European Tour . He could not assert himself there at first, but qualified again via the Tour School in autumn 1999. Since the 2000 season he has been a very constant member of this major European tournament series, where he celebrated his first victory at the KLM Open in 2004 and achieved numerous top placings over the years. Lynn's best ranking in the Race to Dubai is an 18th place in 2012.
