David Morris (politician)
David Morris (born January 28, 1930 in Kidderminster , † January 24, 2007 ) was a British ( Welsh ) politician of the Labor Party and peace activist.
life and career
Morris was born in Kidderminster and adopted by a Welsh family. As a young man he worked in a steel mill in Llanelli , in South Wales. At the age of 15 he joined the Labor Party. From 1984 to 1999 he was a member of the European Parliament , first until 1994 for "Mid and West Wales" then for "South Wales West".
