David Parolo

David Parolo (born September 30, 1986 ) is a Swiss handball player . He has a contract with TV Suhr Handball until 2011. The player playing on the center back position is 186 cm tall and weighs 80 kg.

Career

Parolo comes from the junior department of TV Muri . After he later switched to TV Suhr, he played his first NLA game at the age of 18. For a few years he was in the shadow of his teammate Edin Basic , who has now switched to ZMC Amicitia Zurich . In the 2007/08 season, the former canton student is TV Suhr's top scorer after the preliminary round, ahead of Markus Hüsser and Marian Tallo.

He made his international debut for the Swiss national team on December 3, 2007 against Slovenia. So far, he has played two internationals in which he scored two goals. Before that, he made 13 U21 caps (69 goals) and 26 U19 caps (83 goals) for Switzerland.
