The Switzerland national handball team represents Switzerland in international tournaments in Men Handball . She achieved her greatest successes in field handball , where Switzerland was the only nation to take part in all seven world championships and win five medals.

In indoor handball, the team has taken part in handball world championships ten times , the best placement they achieved with 4th place at the world championships in 1954 and 1993 in Sweden. The team achieved the best placement at two European championships so far with 12th place in 2004 .

The team is qualified for the European Championship 2020 .
