Israeli men's national handball team

The Israeli men's national handball team represents Israel in international tournaments and international matches in men's handball .

As in other sports and competitions, Israel - despite its geographical location in Asia - belongs to the European Handball Federation (EHF). The national association is the Israel Handball Association (IHA) based in Tel Aviv .

In 2002 you could qualify for the European Championship in Sweden. After defeats in all three group games against Portugal (15:26), Russia (26:27) and Denmark (26:29), they had to leave again.
