In November 2011, he signed a contract with the successor club, ASV Hamm-Westphalia, which ran until July 2014. On November 8, 2012, ASV Hamm announced that Pomeranz was leaving the club for TV Großwallstadt . Pomeranz played for Großwallstadt until the summer of 2015 and then took a break. In January 2016 he signed a contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv. With Maccabi Tel Aviv he won the Israelite championship in 2016.
