The Lithuanian national women's handball team represents Lithuania at international tournaments in women's handball .

In the qualification for the European Championship 2018 there was a draw against the German team in the first game, but in the end the last place in Group 6 was only 2 points. In the qualifying round for the 2019 World Cup, the Lithuanian selection in Europe Group 2 reached 2nd place behind Switzerland and thus missed promotion to the play-offs.
