Florian Goepfert
Florian Olivier Goepfert (born July 9, 1988 in Basel ) is a Swiss handball player .
The 1.90 m tall and 85 kg heavy left wing player has been playing for the Swiss second division team RTV 1879 Basel since 2014 and plays for the Swiss men's national handball team .
Career
Florian Goepfert played for HBBB Binningen until 2003 and then for RTV 1879 Basel . For the 2010/11 season he switched to the Kadetten Schaffhausen , with whom he became Swiss champions in 2011, 2012 and 2014 and the SHV Cup winners in 2011 and 2014 . In 2014 he returned to Basel.
So far, Goepfert has played 40 international matches for the Swiss senior national team and scored 74 goals (as of September 18, 2017). Before that, he worked in all three junior departments of the Swiss national team.
