Davide Moro (born January 2, 1982 in Taranto ) is an Italian football player .

Career

Moro began his professional career at FC Empoli , but did not appear in his first season. So he was awarded the two following seasons. From 2002 to 2004 he played for AC Sangiovannese 1927 and FC Varese , where he was a regular and was able to gain experience. After returning to Empoli in summer 2004, he was able to fight for a regular place and was an important part of the team for several years. In his first season at Empoli, he was able to celebrate the Serie B championship right after the loan . Two years after Empoli had dismounted, he was in the 2009/10 season to the AS Livorno awarded, where he was also a regular force. After his return to Empoli, he was able to play his way back into the team immediately. This only changed in the 2013/14 season , when Moro was no longer used as often. At the end of the season, however, succeeded in re-promotion to the Serie A . In the first first division season in six years, Moro leads his team as captain .
