Day-Glo Records

The independent label Day-Glo Records was founded in Cologne in 1989 and has released around a hundred albums and numerous singles to date. The label is in liquidation.

Music production

Day-Glo Records mainly represents guitar music from rock and punk bands and the musicians of the Cologne Groove Community. Occasionally Day-Glo Records also signs world music, hip-hop or singer / songwriter pop.

The current repertoire of Day-Glo Records is distributed by PIAS and Rough Trade Records . The indie label has been a partner of Apple's iTunes download portal since July 2006 .
