After Triumph captures Josh, Wes & Turbo, they discover that his den is an old cereal factory. Locked in cages, Josh takes some locks out of his emergency mannequin finger, but drops one of them, attracting the attention of one of Triumph's slaves who doesn't seem to speak English. He goes outside to see Hoyles over a fire, ready to roast. In shock, Josh turns to see the real Baron Triumph pull off his mask, and it's none other than Principal Burr who now enjoys feeding off the kids. After an epic battle, Josh frees the prisoners, leaving Turbo behind and allowing Burr to "drown" in the goblin flakes. Burr leads the remaining jock army to kidnap members of other local tribes, including Angelica from the cheermazones. Because of the shockwave, everyone in the area has hearing loss, which shows that Josh has mastered American Sign Language and enables him to seek help with the Cheermazone Triumvirate. Burr threatens Angelica to detonate the bomb - this time with a nuclear and biological payload to wipe out Glendale entirely. Josh and Sam rally the local tribes including the Daybreakers, Wesley and Turbo (who made up), and Ms. Crumble by convincing them to attack Burr before he can detonate the bomb. Josh lures ghoulies to the bomb site and the jocks attack while he and Sam fight Burr and save Angelica. They defeat Burr, who says they were too distracted to notice "the real threat" just as a mutated third arm erupts from his body. Josh kills him by taking advantage of his peanut allergy and breaking up the new appendage. Ms. Crumble sacrifices herself to defeat the bomb by starting it manually; however, she survives and joins the others. Josh invites Sam to join him on a "happy to the end", but Sam refuses. Instead, she declares herself the new leader. Josh, Wesley, Angelica and a small group of survivors watch in horror as the rest of the tribe kneel down in front of Sam. |
