Alyvia Alyn Lind

Alyvia Alyn Lind (born July 27, 2007 in Illinois ) is an American actress .

Life

Lind made her feature film debut in 2013 in Dark Skies - They Are Among Us. Since 2011 she has played the role of Faith Newman in the soap opera Shadow of Passion . She was also hired for the role of five to seven year old Amanda Clarke in the television series Revenge , which she took on for eight episodes from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, she starred alongside Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore in the film Urlaubreif . She also took on other small roles in the horror film Play and in the television series Transparent , See Dad Run and Masters of Sex . She also plays the young American country singer Dolly Parton in the television film Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors . For her portrayal, she was at the Critics' Choice Television Awards 2016 in the category Best Actress in a TV movie or miniseries nominated.

In the film Kill the King she can be seen alongside Emily Browning , Ashley Greene , Luke Grimes and Ron Livingston as the daughter of Priscilla and Elvis Presley , Lisa Marie Presley . For the film Dolly Parton's Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love , Lind took on her role again as the young Dolly Parton. In 2018 she can be seen alongside Anna Faris and Eugenio Derbez and Eva Longoria in the comedy film Overboard , a remake of the 1987 film Overboard - A Goldfish Falls in the Water with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell .

Lind has two older sisters, Emily and Natalie , who also work as actresses. Her parents are actress Barbara Alyn Woods and film producer John Lind.
