Chelsea Zhang

Chelsea T. Zhang (* 6. November 1996 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress .

life and career

Chelsea Zhang is from Pittsburgh. In her youth she did cheerleading and figure skating . In 2012 she qualified for the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck. Because of her convincing academic achievements, she received a scholarship to the University of Southern California at the age of 16 . At the USC Marshall School of Business , the Business School of the University of Southern California, she earned in 2017 a degree in business administration .

Zhang gained his first experience in front of the camera in her hometown through her work in commercials. She took on her first acting role in 2012 in the film drama Maybe Better Tomorrow . In 2015 she played a supporting role as Naomi in the tragic comedy Me and Earl and the Girl . She then appeared primarily in short and television films before she was cast as Brittany in the youth drama series Story of Andi in 2017 . This role played Zhang in the first two seasons of the series. In 2018, she took on a central role as Sawyer in the independent film Relish . She received critical acclaim for her performance in the film and has won several film awards, including the Cinema WorldFest Award and the Queen Palm International Film Festival.

In 2019, Zhang was cast as KJ in a supporting role for the Netflix series Daybreak . Also in 2019, with the beginning of the second season, she took over the impersonation of the comic book character Rose Wilson alias Ravager in the series Titans .
